About Wendy Page Digital

Wendy Page Digital is the home of my thinking about digital leadership, business change and the choices organisations make about technology.

I write about the places where digital activity meets business reality: when systems and people are not quite connected, when change creates pressure, when customer experience becomes fragmented, or when a promising technology arrives before anyone has worked out what it is genuinely useful for.

You’ll find considered articles about digital strategy, AI in practice, customer experience, modern discovery, transformation and delivery. Some begin with something I have observed. Others draw on work I have done, questions businesses are facing or ideas that deserve more than a passing comment on LinkedIn.

The purpose is not to chase every trend or produce opinions on command. It is to make useful thinking visible and give it somewhere coherent to accumulate.

About me

I’m Wendy Page, an experienced digital and business leader.

My career has spanned digital strategy, customer experience, transformation, product development and complex implementation. I have worked across corporate, public-sector and owner-led environments, connecting business intent with the people, systems, suppliers and practical delivery needed to move forward.

That experience includes leading digital and online business activity, helping build and reshape customer propositions, working through substantial technology and regulatory change, and running businesses of my own.

More recently, I created Sipping Trail as an independent space for exploring beverage discovery, visitor connection and practical digital tools. That work brought me closer to the realities facing smaller businesses and sharpened my interest in modern search, fragmented digital footprints and the increasingly complicated journey between being found and being chosen.

I am particularly interested in the questions that sit between strategy and specialist execution: what are we trying to achieve, what is getting in the way, what needs to connect, and what is the sensible next step?

I don’t believe one person should pretend to be every specialist. I do believe experienced digital leadership can help a business ask better questions, make clearer decisions and bring the right work together.

Why this site exists

LinkedIn is useful for participation and conversation, but thoughtful work can disappear quickly into a busy feed. This site gives my ideas a permanent home where they can be explored properly, organised by theme and returned to later.

There is no breathless publishing schedule. If you subscribe, you’ll receive occasional notes when I publish something new and worth sharing.

Thoughtful. Competent. Visible. Useful. Human.

That is what I intend this space to be.
